  2. These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by TwistedAnger.net to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order form provided on the TwistedAnger.net website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. My acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
  3. Our payment service providers, Google Checkout and MoneyBookers (Skrill) provide a secure purchasing environment online and handle all credit and debit card payments. You can pay by Google Account, Skrill Account or offline mail in payments..
  4. All DVD's ordered through TwistedAnger are of the NTSC format,playable with North American and other territories using the NTSC Video format. While most DVD and Blu-Ray players can and will playback NTSC formatted DVD discs, you should refer to your players manual if in doubt. We will not refund or exchange any title for the reason of incompatibility. We will only accept returns and refund payments for DVD's due to damage or being faulty. Under no other circumstances will any payments be refunded.
  5. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the DVDs you ordered please contact us. In the unlikely event that a DVD arrives damaged or faulty, please contact TwistedAnger immediately,. This will be given special priority and you can expect to have the correct/replacement DVD shipped within 7 days.
  6. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur TwistedAnger cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
  7. We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. TwistedAnger uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers.  During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you. We will use the information you provide only for the sole purpose of fulfilling an order that you place through the website.
  8. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed and payable in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are not included in any displayed price. Prices do not include VAT as no VAT is charged due to not currently being registered for VAT.
  9. Delivery times depend on the service selected and destination country. TwistedAnger.net will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or by damage caused by Royal Mail. Please contact TwistedAnger.net right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and we will investigate.
  10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights. When placing an order with TwistedAnger.net, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. TwistedAnger.net reserves the right to accept or decline that offer.
