Additional information concerning our movies and order packaging can be found here. Full information is given on what the final "item" looks like in addition to details on what your package will look like when it arrives to you.

The website is fully integated with dynamic online shopping coding which means there is no manual ordering forms. Just browse the titles available by clicking the Movies or Downloads link at the top or bottom of the page. Alternatively click on a category located in the top menus of each page. Have a good look around and click on the 'Order' button for each title you would like to order. You'll see how many movies you've added and your order sub-total at the top right of the page all the time. Once your finished, click on the checkout button to complete the checkout process.

DVD Formats and Compatibilty awareness

All the titles here are NTSC formated, encoded for playback in North America and all other countries using the NTSC Format. Whilst we understand that most european DVD players play both PAL and NTSC formatted discs, it is your responsibility to ensure that your DVD playback equipment can playback NTSC Formatted Discs. No refunds are applicable to anyone for incompatibilty issues, neither will an alternative replacement be offered.

As such all the titles offered through our website are manufactured on demand at your request using DVD Recordable media (commonly known as DVD-R). Be sure that your DVD playback equipment can playback DVD Recordable Discs. As a general rule, PC DVD-Rom, Playstation 2, Playstation 3 and xBox 360 Gaming consoles will playback DVD Recordable Discs. Almost all DVD Players manufactured since 2000 playback DVD Recordable Discs. We highly recommend that you check your DVD player guide for compatibility if you are unsure.

Shipping Rates and Methods

We currently ship to all worldwide destinations from the United Kingdom. Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order and the country to where it will be shipped. Generally, the given weight of one DVD title is on average 60g which include packaging. Where a given title contains more than 1 disc, the weight is adjusted accordingly.

For the most part, 99% of orders are received on time and in good order. However there is, and always will be that 1% that ends up disappearing. We're decent honest people, so we will usually replace an order that has been lost or arrives damaged free of charge. We do make a note of when a replacement order is shipped out and if we feel you are reporting too many lost or damaged orders (30% of your total orders) , we then reserve the right to not accept any future orders from you.

Customs Compliance and Policies

All orders are shipped very discreetly. No markings linking us to you are visisble on the package. However, by ordering from your location you acknowledge and understand the customs policies for importing the DVDs that you order. If you are ordering movies that you feel may be confiscated by customs for whatever reason, that is your responsibility. It is up to you to ensure that the titles you are ordering are in no way deemed as illegal in the country of which you reside. If customs officials open your package and confiscate your order there is nothing we can do about it. You order these titles at your own risk. We accept no responsiblity or liability.

DVD Availability

All DVDs listed on the site are available for ordering.

Returns and Refunds

If we send you a faulty DVD or your order is somehow damaged whilst in the mail we will send a replacement to you at no additional cost. We will only replace defective or damaged titles with a replacement of the same title. In the very rare cases where we are unable to complete your order, your payment will be refunded in full. Under no other circumstances will we issue a refund.

It is important that you are happy with what you recieve, the experience you have here and we will always want you to be 100% satisfied. However, we will not accept a return or exchange just because:

The purpose of this website is to offer to the public, those films which have been lost or forgotten over time and which do not have any official distribution. In providing this service, we hope to breathe new life into these old films and potentially expose them to distributersvwilling or able to give them the official mainstream release they deserve. The DVDs made available through our website are in no way original, official or factory pressed.

All the titles are believed to be in the public domain and do not have secured official DVD release. Copyright holders, filmmakers, distributers or members of the public should inform us immediately if a title we offer is officially and commerically available. This include titles that have have a pending official release. Even if no official release exists, rights holders should contact us if they do not wish for their film production to be aired and promoted in the public domain on this website. We will remove any title within 48 hours if and when such information is revealed to us.
