Due to the number of emails I receive on a daily basis I have had to limit what I will and will not respond to. I do not mean for this to seem offensive any way to anyone, but my time is limited and so I need to deal with the emails that need responding to rather than hundreds that I could so easily answer here. So, before you decide to contact me about something, please be sure that it is something that I will respond to which would be as follows:
- Existing Orders that have not yet been shipped
- Orders that have been shipped and are outside the 21 day shipping duration.
- Any problems with discs, missing discs from received orders or any other problems you may have with an order that HAS been received by you
- Request for title removal by existing copyright holder(s).
The type of emails I probably will not respond to, but may do if I have time (you might be waiting a while):
- Movie Find & trade request - I am not actively seeking new titles at present either for myself or any collectors. I am also not currently trading.
- Orders that have been shipped but are within the 21 day shipping duration. I do state this on your shipping email for a reason. If you email me after a week of the order being shipped demanding to know where your order is, please read your shipping email, it's all there in black and white. If after 21 days you still do not recieve your order, then by all means get in touch.
- Alternative payment solutions. All the payment options are clearly given. Please do not email me asking if I accept Paypal (I do not) or if I can take your card payment over the phone (I can not).
- Additional information on a movie title. However please refrain from asking questions where the answer is already evident and clearly stated in the movie titles description page. If you are not sure about something, need something confirming or just want more information that is not given, THEN please contact me.
- Asking how much it costs to send a certain movie to a certain country including the cost of the movie itself. It's all here on the site and easy to find / read. Thank you!
