Price Melt, Shipping and Other neat Info!# TWA-BP8

Hey guys, how is everyone enjoying this truly horrible muggy & hot weather (that is if you have this kind of weather obviously). In all honesty I don 't have much to talk about with regards to the web site, so this is going to be a short email with some basic points I wanted to make.

Collector Editions
First thing, lets talk about Collector Editions. I know, I know, some of you are waiting for me to pull my finger from my ass and get some new deluxe editions done. I have some that are half done already, it's just finding the time to get them finished and up. Unfortunately life stuff just gets in the way sometimes and everything else has to take a backseat. However I am working on some and they'll be up and ready soon. As stated in the last email news update I sent out, I've added over 140 new regular titles in the last few weeks to the site in a wide variety of genres, so certainly something different for everyone.

Facebook - Add/Join
There is quite a few of you on this mailing list and yes I know, not everyone uses Facebook, but if you do then why not add yourself as a fan of the TwistedAnger Facebook Page! For those of you already part of the fear on Facebook, feel free to add posts, make comments, ask for help, leave reviews or whatever. Its open to all and everyone good or bad. Shipping times
I've seen a few comments on youtube and around some sites on the net about the shipping problems and long waits for order from TwistedAnger. Now firstly I'm not here all day long just doing orders and everything else like many other dealers who do this thing day in day out. I do this in the evenings and days off when not dealing with life stuff and family. However I do my best to get your orders done and out in less time than some of the major players. I've seen some sites quoting 4-6 weeks for delivery, so to allow me a week to get your order done and possibly another week or two to get it your DVD player I don't think is too much to ask. However you'll be pleased to know I now have someone helping me out with orders, so order should be completed and shipped out in a matter of days.. Just remember to allow ample time for your slack postal office to deliver it to you! :)

Replacement issues
I just wanted to remind everyone that no matter what you order or how many you order, if you get a bad disc or your order disappears from the post persons mail bag, don't fret. I'll always replace bad discs, damaged discs and missing orders, its not a problem at all. There have been a few instances these last few months where people have just started Paypal claims and disputes without even contacting me. I totally understand that everyone who makes a dispute feels like, I'm not going to cancel the dispute until I receive my order. Well it works the same this end too. I wont be sending a replacement order if the payment is on hold! I have never ripped anyone off and never intend to. If you place an order, I'll be damned sure to make sure that you get it, no matter how long it takes! I've replaced complete $200-$300 orders before now. Phew! So the point is, no matter what, don't fret don't stress, just contact me and give me enough time to answer your emails. I do get sick from time to time as like anyone, so if I don't answer straight away give me a few days..

Trade with Channard
I'm looking for other Collectors to trade with, so if you have a nice collection of your own and regularly trade, then hell please get in touch. You can see my full trades list through this link here. Everything I have in my own collection is on those pages and available for trade, which is approximately twice as many titles or more that are on the web site. Only titles on the sites categories are available for ordering though, so please don't ask me to be selling you something on the trades list that isn't listed on the site as it wont be happening. Its not on the site for a reason :) So yeah, anyone wishing to trade just get in touch through the usual methods!

Blood Points
I messed up on the blood points when I originally brought it back and whilst those paying through paypal get their points, seemingly those using a credit card are not. So today I have added 100 blood points to everyone's account (for those who have accounts), so feel free to login and use them as needed. You can convert them to credits through your Fear and use them for downloads instead. Choice is yours. Either way enjoy the Bonus from my screw up :)

I have left this smack in the mouth until last. But you'll be happy to know I have done a really dumb and possibly stupid thing. I've gosh darn it gone and reduced the regular edition prices from $10.00 to $8.95.. Wow did I just do that? Somebody wake me the hell up so I can correct the mistake! No seriously I have, just go and have a look and you'll fall off your chair when you see how much cash your saving. Deluxe prices I have left as is for now as the time and cost in offering them is so much more that to reduce them would mean I may as well just given them away. Hell not a bad idea you say. :) Now the price melt is for everyone and is just for the summer only. The price melt will end at the end of summer which I have marked as August 30th. So you have until then to grab your addiction of fear.
